This project looks foolish. The most simple and natural way of solution of Caps-wrong-text problem is:
Just to add a function to text processors, which allows FAST changing of register of letters by pressing Shift+Caps on selected text. THAT'S ALL!!! ;-)
It's very easy to create such update pack for WinXP & Office, Linux, etc.
Or - create a small keyboard driver. And don't try to make it shareware ;-) You'll fail ;-)
